All of the things I can remember seeing and still picture are still there.
most people in the world are not aware that the person their sitting next to is most likely experiencing the same exact form of anxiety levels as you are.
Not knowing in your own mind that the person staring at you is just being aware of being misled or avoiding bad predicaments just like you, Eventually you start to notice and get familiar with your peers and surroundings then you start to feel more comfortable in your environment.
Things that will help anxiety are speaking out loud even when you don't have the courage too, putting yourself in uncomfortable situations just so you can get the better feel out of the experience, and communicating with intelligent people more often to see life through different views.
When i was a kid i was told not everyone can walk and not everyone can see at the time i didn't quite understand what that meant, until one day i noticed this man in the neighborhood that been doing the same thing since the last I could remember he was wearing this fishing hat and I told myself I didn't want to be that old man still around saying the same stuff over and over again like a record player.
